One Book New Jersey Teen Discussion Night!

Ever wanted to know who decides what's cool? This year's Teen One Book new Jersey title is So Yesterday, Scott Westerfeld's (author of the Uglies Trilogy and the Midnighters Trilogy) humorous and illuminating look at cool hunting and corporate marketing. The novel follows Hunter, a seventeen-year-old Trendsetter who is always on the look for everything new and hip... so he can report it to his boss Mandy who works for a shoe company. But one day Mandy goes missing and Hunter and his new friend Jen, an Innovator, set out to find her. So Yesterday has something for everyone: mystery, humor, and romance.

The library will be having a Teen Discussion Night on April 12th at 7 p.m. to talk about So Yesterday. Everyone who attends gets entered for a chance to win an autographed copy of the book. The drawing will be held on April 18th. Copies of the book are available to check out. Just visit the Christina, the teen librarian or anyone at the reference desk to pick up a copy and sign up for the discussion. Even if you can't come to the event, read the book anyway and email a one paragraph review of the book to roest@main.morris.org by April 17th and you'll be entered in the prize drawing.
